Community Education Manager

Job Description

Horizon Health has an excellent opportunity for a Community Education Manager at our client hospital, Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, OK.

This person will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing program for the hospital's inpatient psychiatric program. The Community Education Manager, in conjunction with the unit’s Program Director, is responsible for the planning and implementation of a comprehensive community education program. He/she coordinates the referral development/sales process, develops and maintains accurate community education information and account management systems, as well as coordinating the unit’s internal and external communications program.

Job Requirements

Organized, professional, self directed marketing/sales representative with minimum 2-3 years of direct sales/marketing experience in healthcare. Excellent computer skills and ability to work independently required. (Behavioral Health/Mental Health experience a plus) **Proven ability to enhance utilization of hospital services is essential.

Bachelors Degree required
