Executive Administrative Assistant

Executive Administrative Assistant position available. Proficiency with MS Office. 3+ years secretarial experience required; administrative and medical secretarial experience preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Must also be able to:

·         Proven ability to professionally handle confidential information

·         Respond, anticipate, execute, and articulate administrative support opportunities

  • Prepare, type, revise, and complete executive correspondence to include memorandums, reports, spreadsheets, dictation, scheduling, etc.
  • Perform record keeping as assigned.
  • Organize executive action items for approval/signature.
  • Take minutes and structure minutes in form, content, and context.
  • Interact, relate, and communicate with GPRMC employees, physicians, Board members, vendors, dignitaries, and other customers with tact and finesse in person, by phone, by letter, and by messaging

·         Exercise appropriate judgement in screening access

·         Ability to create, write, analyze, and interpret reports, business correspondence, graphs, spreadsheets, etc.

·         Ability to effectively communicate information, respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from internal or external customers and contacts.
