CNO Chief Nursing Officer
The position of Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is primarily a member of the Senior Leadership Team and therefore must act as an advocate for the goals of the entire hospital. This team functions together to lead and drive the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality healthcare for those we serve. It is incumbent that the CNO to have the skills, desire, and experience necessary to work in this highly collaborative environment. The CNO specifically provides professional clinical and quality oversight in the day to day operations of the hospital. The CNO works with all hospital departments, Medical Staff, and hospital staff to accomplish the strategic goals for the entire organization. This position is also responsible for risk management activities for the organization.
Licensed RN with a BSN. Masters preferred.
Experience in Risk/Quality Management preferred.
Experience in Surgery or Ambulatory Care preferred.
